Stop Cop Rioting Letter 2020
We write in horror after weeks of violent police escalation in response to Portland
protests beginning on May 29, 2020. As of July 13, Portland tops the list of cities with the most police brutality since George Floyd’s murder at 73 incidents.
Pride & Juneteenth 2020
PUAH celebrates and supports the Movement for Black Lives. We pledge to continue working to end police violence, achieve full civil rights, end systemic racism, secure reparations and create a world safe and free from racist hate.
Black Lives Matter & Police Violence
It is time to dismantle White Supremacy. We call out for a society that not only marches through the streets by the thousands, but integrates into all of its systems, policies and institutions the demand that Black Lives Matter.
Covid-19 Response & Resources
We have seen a growing tide of xenophobia, anti-immigrant sentiment, and racism in reaction to this respiratory virus. Misinformation and fear have led to discrimination and xenophobia toward Chinese, Asian Americans, people of color, and immigrants.
